Delivery Options

We are currently only able to deliver to UK Mainland addresses

Please note we post orders on Saturdays, if you require your dress sooner please contact us separately to see if we can accommodate this ahead of placing an order.

Standard Delivery is within 3-5 working days:

Large item £25 (covers princess style dresses or multiple items)
Regular item £20 (majority of dresses)
Small item £4.99 (accessories)

Returns Policy

Returns (Online Purchases Only)

If for any reason you wish to return your order, we accept returns within a 14 day period from receipt. Please email us at thelittledressco.enquiries@gmail.com to request a returns reference number.

Once this has been received please return your items back to us at the below address within 14 days, clearly labelled with your returns reference:

151 Hope Farm Road, Ellesmere Port, CH66 2TJ

Returns must be in original condition with tags attached to be accepted.

Returns should be made at the customer's cost and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage for your return.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process the refund to the original payment method within 14 working days.

Please note, we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
