  • What price range are your dresses?
    Our prices start from £120 with all dresses priced under £990. Most of our dresses are priced 50-70% less than the RRP!
  • How long do I have to return an item?
    If for any reason you with you return an order you have 14 days from receipt of your order to request a return and ship the order back to us. *All returns are subject to our returns policy
  • What designers do you stock?
    Due to the nature of our business, designers we have in stock are ever-changing. If you have a particular designer or style in mind please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to help!
  • How many people can I bring with me?
    As we have limited space in our studio, we kindly ask that brides bring a maximum of 3 guests along to their appointments.
  • What is your returns policy?
    Returns If for any reason you wish to return your order, we accept returns within a 14 day period from receipt. Please email us at thelittledressco.enquiries@gmail.com to request a returns reference number. Once this has been received please return your items back to us at the given address within 14 days, clearly labelled with your returns reference. Returns must be in original condition with tags attached to be accepted. Returns should be made at the customer's cost and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Please retain proof of postage for your return. Refunds Once your return has been received and inspected, we aim to process the refund to the original payment method within 14 working days. Please note, we do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs. Your statutory rights are not affected. Please note, due to the nature of our business, all dresses purchased at our shop premises are sold-as-seen and therefore non-refundable.
  • What sizes do you stock?
    We stock gowns in high=street sizes 6-26 as standard, however we may at times have a wider range of sizes available.
  • What are your delivery options?
    We are currently only able to deliver to UK Mainland addresses. Please note we post orders on Saturdays, if you require your dress sooner please contact us separately to see if we can accommodate this ahead of placing an order. ​ Standard Delivery is within 3-5 working days: Large item £25 (covers princess style dresses or multiple items) Regular item £20 (majority of dresses) Small item £4.99 (accessories)
  • Do you have a store?
    Yes! As of May 2024 we have a studio based in Deeside, North Wales where you are welcome to come and try on our dresses. Bookings are by appointment only, please see our Online Booking page for upcoming availability. Our studio is located at Chester Road West, Deeside. CH5 1SA
