We collect name, email address, contact number and delivery addresses for each of our online customers.

We collect essential date only to enable us to smoothly process the orders.

By using the Site, you indicate that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to abide by them at all times.

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of thelittledressco. and the Site's creators. This includes, but is not limited to images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files, and anything else that contributes to the compositions of the Site. 

Sale of Goods (Online)

These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of goods available on our Site. 

the following goods are available on our Site: 

  • Dresses

  • Bridal accessories

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that match the description of the good(s) you order on our Site. 

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the goods that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. This includes all products listed as being out of stock. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our goods are as accurate as possible. However , we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund to the equal amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Shipping & Delivery 

When you purchase goods from our Site, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods: 

Delivery will take place as soon as reasonably possible, depending on the delivery method selected. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and bank holidays. 

Sale Of Goods (In-Person Events)

Due to the nature of our business, our in-person sales events dresses are sold as seen. Monies and deposits are non-refundable. 

Payment at our in-person sales events is by card or cash only. Dresses can be paid for in full and taken away the same day, or a 30% deposit will reserve your dress for 8 weeks. If the dress is not collected by the end of this period, the deposit is lost and the dress will be put back on sale.

All items are sold as seen, we do not accept returns on dresses bought at our in-person events. 

Abandoned Products Policy

Abandoned customer goods, from this point referred to as “Abandoned Products”,.

Our “Abandoned Product” Policy means if a customer’s product is left with us, and is “abandoned” by the customer for a period of 165 days, The Little Dress Co. will recycle, donate, otherwise dispose of or sell the item as a loss recovery measure, to recover the cost of administration.

“Abandoned” in this instance means that The Little Dress Co. will make “every reasonable best effort” to contact the customer by telephone/letter/email (where such methods of contact are available) during the 165 day period, and if after this time, we have received no response from the customer regarding the item we will implement this “Abandoned Product” Policy and Procedure.
